Side hung opening - Tilt and turn opening

Windows with side hung opening have panels which are fastened to the side surfaces of the frame and they rotate around a fixed axis (hinges). They are available in a variety of types, such as single or double, as shown in the picture on the left. There is also the option to add the tilt and turn opening of reclining if you want to have even better ventilation in your home. As far as costs are concerned, they are usually more expensive than sliding frames, but they have better thermal insulation properties.

Side hung opening - Tilt and turn opening are basically divided into two main categories, depending on how they are produced. A specific determining factor is whether they contain a polyamide seal, thus isolating the outer surface of the frame from the inside. These openings are called ( ENERGY OPENING FRAMES or HEAT INSULATED ) while, on the other hand, if the two surfaces of the frame (internal and external) are uniform, they are called Non-Energy Door Frames or Cold              ( Conventional Openings ).
